SHIPPING AND HANDLING

Bob Hook Extreme Performance bases shipping cost on each individual item. Rather than setting a standard shipping cost we would like to take the time to figure out the least expensive method of shipment to our customers. On all online orders shipping will be displayed as TBD (To Be Determined), you can guarantee that we will find the best, most cost effective way to ship your order. OUR WARRANTY

Every product we sell is warranted to be free from defects in material or workmanship by the supplier. During the warranty period, Bob Hook Chevrolet/Bob Hook Extreme Performance will, at its discretion, credit or replace any defective product, to the original purchaser with the original receipt.

Quick Fuel Technology	90 days from date of purchase
Engine Works	1 year from date of purchase
GM Replacement Crate Engine	36 month/100,000 miles
GM Performance Crate Engine	1 year (parts and labor)

OUR RETURN POLICY

All claims and goods must be accompanied by the original receipt, by the original purchaser.
Electrical and special order parts are not returnable.
No returns after 10 days.
10% handling charge on all returns.
No returns on installed parts.
